Bio

Nate Healey was my manager at LifeTime, and we worked in a very close capacity for long hours in fast-paced environments. Nate was who I came to when I had issues with my job, and he taught me how to address these issues in a professional manner. We were both known for working overtime hours and, as such, spent dozens of hours together each week. For these reasons, Nate is well qualified to speak on my character.

It is my great pleasure to recommend Neil Issac for admission to your institution. I have had the privilege of working closely with Neil for over a year now at Life Time Northshore, acting as his Assistant Manager in our Club’s Cafe and Lounge.  During Neil’s Tenure at Life Time, I have watched him grow from an eager young adult into a confident and distinguished leader, one who consistently goes above and beyond for our members here at our location. As a premier Fitness Club, our company standards are quite high, and we only seek out employees who are eager to inspire, educate and entertain in an incredibly fast-paced and competitive environment. As both a server and back-of-house kitchen lead, Neil not only perfectly embodies our mission here at Life Time, but far exceeds expectations, consistently creating unforgettable experiences for families and individual members that leave them beyond satisfied.  Largely in part to Neil’s ability to create genuine connections with everyone he comes across, our community has grown significantly in the past year, with our Café and Lounge placing in the top 10 out of over 150 clubs across the country. He has created an incredibly inviting and warm atmosphere herein our club, and has become a reliable source for many of our members expecting an experience of unmatched quality. Neil’s approachability and magnetic energy are only rivaled by his work ethic. Neil is both punctual and efficient, setting a high bar for his fellow employees when it comes to his leadership. He is incredibly reliable and possesses a vast knowledge of his craft, oftentimes navigating and commandeering high-stress scenarios with ease and confidence, which in turn motivates his fellow peers to rise to the occasion. Our club’s outdoor cafe sees upwards of 600 individuals a day during our summer peak, and through Neil’s collaborative nature and team-oriented approach to his work, our kitchen is able to move at an incredibly fast and efficient pace. I have the utmost confidence that Neil will exceed any and all expectations throughout his career, not only carving out an incredible future for himself but by setting a precedent that will inspire others to rise to the occasion and become their best possible selves. Neil’s qualities are unmatched, and I have no doubt that he would be an incredible addition to your institution, and that his work ethic and dedication to his craft will speak for themselves.
